My passion for sharing the honest side of life in these roles led me to create and host the podcast Girl, Same and to found Hot Mess Express, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women when life feels overwhelming.
 

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: women shouldn’t have to go through hard seasons alone. Whether it’s through conversation, community, or showing up to help, I believe in building the kind of village every woman deserves.
